Summer 2017 Permission to Enroll Form
This form is for NON-Engineering at UMD and for NON-UMD students from other institutions (please see directions below). If you are a declared UMD engineering student or recently admitted to the Clark School, please work with your advising unit or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our priority is to ensure that Clark School students are able to register for ENES courses and therefore, approval or denial of permission to enroll will be sent on or about 2 weeks before the respective session begins.
Non-engineering students requesting permission to register for any ENES course must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average at the University of Maryland and a grade of C- or better for ALL co- and prerequisite classes or AP credit. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not submit your request at this time. See the Schedule of Classes for the pre-requisite listings.
STUDENTS FROM OTHER INSTITUTIONS (including Consortium students):
If you are a visiting student from another institution, please submit an electronic copy of your unofficial transcript to the Keystone Program at email@example.com to determine that you have met the co/pre-requisites. Students MUST have a minimum 3.0 grade point average at their home institution or permission will not be given to enroll in any ENES course. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the credits will transfer back to your home institution.
If you have not done so already, please review the Summer Session website to ensure you have completed all steps necessary to enroll at the University of Maryland:
